Agile projects are based on small frequent releases, which in turn are based on stories. But how does the team give the business an estimate of what effort is involved, when their requirements consist of a series of one line stories?  And how does the team effectively plan the iterations so that the maximum value is achieved without wasting time or effort?

Prerequisites

Participants must have completed the Agile Requirements – Stories course.

Method Used
